Anderson Miller is the Policy Director with Hometown Strong With over 12 years of experience in government and policy work.
Anderson began his career as a legislative aide for Joe Sam Queen in the North Carolina General Assembly, followed by working as a legislative assistant for Brian Turner. Anderson's experience also includes serving as the Government Affairs Director for the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources.
Anderson is a native of Buncombe County and holds a B.S. in International Studies and one in Philosophy from Western Carolina University, as well as a Masters of Philosophy - Citizenship and Human Rights: Ethics and Politics from the University of Barcelona.
In addition to his professional work, Anderson is an Eagle Scout and enjoys building his LEGO collection and trying new wines. Anderson and his partner live in Asheville, North Carolina.
